The gardens are beautiful and well maintained! the resort is very clean. Our room was spacious. the aquapark and swimming pool provided lots of fun for my kids. the resort is big and it was a ten minute walk to the private beach.
i found that some of the staff were not always readily available at certain times.

the large estate included many restaurants and bars. there were also many pools. these offered multiple points of access to the beach..
the entertainment was awful for older kids and adults. the all inclusive was not really true, as i had to pay for ice creams. the constant selling near the pool got annoying i must say.. tips expectations felt a bit much also

Mr. sharaf, the manager at reception, was helpful. marwan and khairy assisted me. everything was amazing! the staff, the facilities, the hospitality, the cleanliness, and the space all were great. desk staff were always amazing. Andrew on the night shift was great. mahmoud was helpful too.
i found that the water was cold. the heaters were not working, or not enough, in all pools and aqua areas. i watched the water, but i couldn't enjoy being in it.

The reception staff offered very good service, particularly mr sharaf, marwan, khairy, andrew, and mahmoud. They were always available and willing to assist with any requests or questions .

the location was very convenient, near nabq and soho square. it was only a short drive from the airport. this proximity to key areas contributed to a very relaxed vacation! though the parking was expensive.

The rooms are spacious! i liked that they were cleaned daily. towels were replaced, a nice touch. the aquapark offered entertainment and had measures for safety..
The food selection lacked variety. The cuisine was repetitive. disposable plastic cups at the bars were a low point. I wished for reusable options.
